Dr. Wang earned his PhD in Statistics from the University of Florida. In 2009, he began working as Mathematical Statistician at the Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Devices and Radiologic Health. In 2011, Dr. Wang joined the faculty in the Division of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics, Department of Oncology, after a national search. Before beginning graduate work in statistics, Dr. Wang was a computer scientist, having received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science. He worked as a software engineer and excelled in software development and database management.

Dr. Yuan is our chief medical consultant. Dr. Yuan received his Doctor of Medicine in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery in 2005. Before coming to the US, Dr. Yuan worked many years as a specialized pediatric cardiovascular surgeon at Beijing Children’s Hospital and served as the Division Chief of the Department of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery at the Affiliated Hospital to Capital Institute of Pediatrics in Beijing. In 2011-2012, Dr. Yuan was invited to the Children's National Medical Center, Washington DC as a visiting scholar.

Dr. Wang is our chief IT consultant. Dr. Wang received his PhD in Computer Science in 2000. Dr. Wang was a pioneer in the development of database management systems and decision-making support systems. In the last decade, Dr. Wang has extended his research to the field of Bioinformatics and had multiple major findings in early cancer diagnosis and treatments.
